The MIDLINE Sub-Junior U-16 Programme is designed to introduce young athletes to structured Kabaddi training while continuing to strengthen their fundamental movement abilities.
At this stage, players begin developing Kabaddi-specific skills and learn how to train, practise, prepare and recover in a systematic way.
