The MIDLINE Fundamental U-12 Programme is designed to help young athletes develop the basic physical and movement abilities needed for long-term sports development.
At this stage, training is fun, age-appropriate and focused on building confidence, coordination and a strong movement foundation before progressing to more advanced Kabaddi training.
